The 2013 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 439 is a stylish and capable 44-foot cruising sailboat that blends comfortable live-aboard accommodations with rewarding sailing performance. Designed by Philippe Briand and built by Jeanneau, it features a modern hull with a well-balanced sailplan, dual helm stations, and a spacious cockpit with a fold-down swim platform. Below deck, light-filled interiors offer flexible layouts with up to four cabins, a well-equipped galley and generous saloon, making it ideal for family cruising or extended passagemaking. General Conditions

The sail boat can be operated solely by the designated Skipper.

The skipper is a licensed professional and has full authority over the vessel.

All guests must follow the skipper’s instructions immediately, especially regarding safety and navigation.

The skipper may change the route or cancel activities due to weather or safety conditions.

Life jackets are available for all guests and must be worn when requested by the skipper.

Children must wear life jackets at all times.

Always use handholds when moving around the boat.

Remain seated while the boat is maneuvering in harbors or close to other vessels.

Trips are subject to weather and sea conditions.

In case of unsafe conditions, the skipper may reduce sailing time or return to port.

Follow crew instructions at all times.

Do not interfere with navigation, steering, sails, or equipment unless invited by the skipper.

Running, pushing, or unsafe behavior on deck is not allowed.

Moderate alcohol consumption is permitted for guests.

Excessive alcohol consumption, illegal drugs, or unsafe behavior will result in early termination of the charter without refund.

Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas and never below deck.

Secure personal belongings; the operator is not responsible for loss or damage.

Do not throw any waste, food, plastics, or cigarette butts into the sea.

Help us protect marine life and sensitive areas.

Swimming is only allowed with the skipper’s permission and when engines are off.

Guests enter the water at their own risk.

No jumping or diving from the boat unless explicitly authorized.

Guests may be held liable for damage caused by negligent or reckless behavior.

The skipper reserves the right to end the charter early in case of unsafe behavior, rule violations, or adverse conditions.
